摘要: Immune agglutinin or precipitin loses its reactivity with the corresponding antigen by heating some chemicals. A. Se group saliva M blood stain was sensitized human IgM anti-A rabbit IgG anti-M serum, respectively. After being washed saline, stains were heated treated formalin 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME) of various concentrations. The immunoreactivity antibodies in state immunecomplex examined mixed agglutination elution test, indicating and proof against up to 150 degrees C for 10 min 2-ME high It is considered that acquire a new property heat chemical stability formation although they are substantially labile.
