摘要: Cushing’s syndrome depend on by a long term used topical steroid therapy for in adult psoriasis A 32-year-old man developed manifestations of after long-term psoriasis. There have only been few reports systemic side effects topically applied corticosteroids. Considering their serious consequences physicians should be carefully to signs patients therapy. Furthermore, clobetasol propionate ointment doses exceeding 50 g week not prescribed and use occlusive dressings avoided.
