摘要: Necrotizing fasciitis is an inflammatory, rapidly progressive soft tissue infection usually caused by Streptococcus pyogenes or a combination of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms. Here we report the case patient who developed necrotizing near site therapeutic injections. An orthopaedic surgeon in private practice had given 74-year-old patient, suffered from left shoulder pain, cortisone injections his joint. During course this therapy, fasciitis.
