摘要: Abstract Purified preparations of cytochrome oxidase solubilized in bile acid exhibit random aggregations subunit particles about 50 and 100 A diameter. When the acids are removed, organize into vesicular membranes. Removal phospholipid from eliminates capacity subunits to vesicles. This is restored by adding back mitochondrial lipid-depleted particles.
