摘要: The notion of comorbidities within problem gambling populations has important clinical implications, particularly for appropriate treatment matching. most commonly cited in literature include depression, anxiety, alcohol abuse and impulsivity. Previous research shows evidence patterns multiple co-occurring that there may be different subtypes gamblers based on these patterns. To further the current understanding subtypes, aim our study was to identify currently treatment. Hierarchical Cluster Analysis yielded four mutually exclusive groups 202 gamblers: (1) with comorbid psychological problems (35%); (2) 'pure' without other (27%); (3) (25%); (4) 'multimorbid' (13%). differed demographic information, drug use behaviours including activity severity. Gamblers were more likely older women low income, report a family history often electronic gaming machine players. As expected, had lower severity abstinence. young men who used stimulant drugs, endorsed higher quality life worked full-time. 'Multimorbid' elevated all comorbidities, general related their health wellbeing reported high rates hostility aggression. These combine elements existing conceptual models require treatments.
