摘要: Trypan blue and colloidal thorium dioxide were used to study the uptake, transport, storage of particles by tubular epithelium frog rat kidneys. Colloidal apparently enter proximal cells passing between microvilli brush border, first appearing within small, apical vesicles. The absorbed materials appear be conveyed mid-region larger, smooth-walled vesicles, are segregated or stored membrane-limited bodies cytosomes. cytosomes limited single membranes, have a characteristic internal structure considered represent lysosomes. These observations suggest mechanism which native materials, such as proteins, could taken up in vivo ; similar may responsible for formation so-called “hyaline droplets.” Evidence is also provided concept that lysosomes play an important role cellular reabsorbed materials.
