摘要: Hierarchically structured, porous glass monoliths have been prepared successfully via combination of a salt sintering process and phase separation sodium borosilicate glass. The materials were characterized by N 2 -adsorption, Hg-intrusion scanning electron microscopy. Secondary pore sizes adjusted the use different grain fractions filler, primary could be obtained variation annealing conditions. Thus, both systems independently. resulting consist system secondary pores between 20 150 μm within walls open-pored sintered material 1 70 nm. hierarchical exhibit surface areas up to 420 m g –1 total porosities 74%. Various shapes, e.g., rods, plates granules using appropriate pressing tools.
