摘要: At present, the methods using parallel plates and probes for detecting plasma in strong field have some limitations measuring charged particles produced by gas with high flow rate at atmospheric pressure. In this paper, a new detector spherical probe was proposed used to measure particle concentration under conditions of various velocities, electric intensities distances, as well study spatial distribution plasma.
