摘要: This study was done to analyze the effects of read-out heating rate on LiF:Mg,Ti (TLD-100) thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLD) glow peaks using WinGCF computer software. The TLDs were exposed X-ray photons with a potential difference 72 kVp and 200 mAs in air Harshaw 3500 TLD reader. four rates at 10, 7, 4 1 °C s−1. It observed that lowering could separate more peaks. activation energy for peak 5 found be lower than 4. maximum temperature integral value main decreased as decreases.
