摘要: AIM: To investigate the safety and outcome of gastrectomy for patients with gastric cancer non-uremic renal failure (NURF). METHODS: One hundred forty-seven who underwent carcinoma were retrospectively divided into two groups: a group Ccr values ≥ 50 mL/min (Group 1; n = 110), one 20 to < 2; 37). Preoperative patient characteristics, intraoperative parameters (including operation time blood loss), postoperative management complications evaluated. RESULTS: There no statistically significant differences between groups in (297.9 min vs 272.6 min, P 0.137) or loss (435 mL 428 mL, 0.078). The hospital stay not significant. None Group 2 required dialysis therapy, died due gastrectomy-related causes. overall 4-year survival rates Groups 1 86.6% 81.8%, respectively (P 0.48), corresponding disease-free stageI, II, III 88.7% 83.5%, 0.65). CONCLUSION: Gastrectomy can be performed as safely NURF similar normal function.
