摘要: Previous studies concerning disparities in Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) services use among vulnerable groups did not control for specific clinical need care such as symptom events. Using the Andersen Behavioral Model of Health Services Use, authors determined whether minorities, women, and less educated (vulnerable groups) were likely to receive HIV symptoms. Persons enrolled Cost Utilization Study asked they received their most bothersome symptom. Surprisingly, minorities women no more go without than other groups. Those with Medicaid, Medicare, private health maintenance organization (HMO) insurance, or insurance symptoms those private-non-HMO insurance. Vulnerable HIV-related when was considered. However, may exist symptom-specific infected persons covered by public HMO
