摘要: Dried blood spot (DBS) sampling is potentially a more patient-friendly and flexible alternative to venous of pazopanib. This study determined the agreement between pazopanib DBS plasma concentrations facilitate implementation into clinical practice. Paired samples were collected in 12 patients. Pazopanib calculated from using formula: concentration = DBSconcentration /(1 - hematocrit). Passing-Bablok Bland-Altman analyses used determine measured concentrations. We predefined acceptance limit 25% for analysis. analysis showed small constant (intercept estimate, -8.53 [95%CI, -12.22 -4.41]) slightly proportional (slope 1.15 1.04-1.24]) bias was clinically nonrelevant, as shown by analysis; mean ratio 0.94 (95%CI, 0.65-1.23). The limits well within these 95% agreement. More specifically, 92.6% data points limits. can be accurately Although validation cards prepared patients themselves required, results show that monitor therapy
