摘要: Regarding the TiO2 nano-suspension under different influencing parameters such as hydrophilic chain length of modified gemini surfactant (dispersant), electrolyte concentration and dispersant concentration, this study applied Taguchi Method to analyze optimal using an L9(33) orthogonal array for making experimental formulas with average particle size suspension smaller-the-better indicator. The results suggested that dispersing was affected in order by (64.11%), group (11.16%) (3.04%). Then, confirmation experiments based on parameter combinations analysis, uniform minimized were obtained. result within 95% confidence interval, indicating reproducibility design high.
