Setting Primary Participants sample (n=5562) patients two general practitioner practices Netherlands. outcome measures Rainbow Model Integrated Care Measurement Tool patient version EQ-5D used assess service delivery HRQOL. HRQOL groups analysed using multivariate logistic regression. Unemployment associated poor (OR=0.15, 0.08 0.28). Ageing more mobility (OR=1.06, 1.04 1.09), self-care 1.02 1.11), usual activity (OR=1.03, 1.01 1.05) pain (OR=1.02, 1.04). Being married improved overall (OR=1.60, 1.13 2.26) decreased (OR=0.47, 0.31 0.72). Finally, females had (OR=1.67, 0.48 0.93) discomfort (OR=1.47, 1.11 1.95). Conclusion This shows for first time activities are positively HROQL adult context, adding evidence an Also, unemployment, ageing being female accumulating risk factors should be considered when designing programmes.
