摘要: Alcoholism, perhaps the oldest addictive illness, remains a serious problem affecting nearly all ethnic and socioeconomic groups. Its genetic neurobiologie origins are complex, many different neuronal systems likely to be involved in processes leading its development maintenance.1,2 Various aspects of excessive drinking behavior have been studied rodent models developed through selective breeding animals that showed spontaneous preference for alcohol. Strains rats bred this manner voluntarily ingest alcohol quantities sufficient produce physical dependence considered model some human alcoholism. One such is well-known strain alcohol-preferring (P) by Li colleagues.3,4Using model, behavioral pharmacological evidence has derived linking consumption altered serotonergic, dopaminergic, GABAergic systems.5
