摘要: The term “precursor” includes two different concepts — precancerous disease or condition and change lesion. “Precancerous condition” is a clinical meaning, from statistical viewpoints that the has higher risk of cancerization than nondiseased stomach, lesion”, on other hand, histological implying premalignant nature lesion can only be known by examination. Thus, terms are no means synonymous, but it also true all lesions stomach found in gastric diseases diagnosed clinically as conditions (Fig. 1).
