摘要: Background Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) originates mainly from the mucous epithelium and glandular of bronchi. It is most common pathologic subtype non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). At present, there still a lack clear criteria to predict efficacy immunotherapy. The 5-year survival rate for LUAD patients remains low. Methods All data were downloaded Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. We used Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) database obtain immune-related mRNAs. Immune-related lncRNAs acquired by using correlation test genes with R version 3.6.3 (Pearson coefficient cor = 0.5, P < 0.05). TCGA-LUAD dataset was divided into testing set training randomly. Based on perform univariate multivariate Cox regression analyses, we screened prognostic given risk score each sample. Samples high-risk group low-risk according median score.
