摘要: The growing demanding from consumers for healthier foods, produced using environmentally friendly farming practices has resulted in the rapid expansion of organic farming. There are numerous studies about importance but majority results sometimes contradictory, inconsistent and show no clear link between enhancement nutritional quality plant-derived foods. As such, ongoing research into effects cultivation comparison with intensive farming, is very important. objective this chapter to discuss most recent data variation responses plants regimes order better understand relationship agricultural high levels valuable compounds (glucosinolates, phenolics, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants), as well low undesirable components such nitrates, nitrites microorganisms.
