摘要: Abstract This study confirmed that the frequency of human lymphocyte biomarkers measured with cytokinesis-block micronucleus cytome (CBMNcyt) assay, is associated age, sex, and lifestyle factors. Cytogenetic analysis was carried out on samples from 100 healthy individuals living in Bosnia Herzegovina. Cells were cytologically scored for viability status, defined by proportion necrotic apoptotic cells; mitotic corresponding to ratios mono-, bi- multinucleated nuclear division index chromosomal damage, determined presence micronuclei, nucleoplasmic bridges or buds bi-nucleated cells. Ageing positively cytogenetic biomarkers. The females significantly higher than males. family history cancer. Furthermore, it correlated smoking: male subjects a smoking habit female smokers. However, alcohol observed decrease cells lymphocytes. micronuclei exposure medication. Lastly, negatively radiation.
