摘要: Abstract In order to improve the photocatalytic activity and reduce cost of graphene oxide/Bi 2 WO 6 (GO/BWO) nanohybrids for practical application, silicon-modified (Si-GO/BWO) nanoplates were successfully prepared by a facile one-pot hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction BET study products reveal that incorporation Si atoms can greatly alter microstructure GO/BWO composite with enlarged specific surface area. The UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra indicate obtained Si-GO/BWO have enhanced absorption in both UV visible light regions. Si–GO/BWO nanocomposite shows increased on degradation high concentration RhB solution under irradiation simultaneously keeps very stability, due good textural properties. addition, load 19.3 wt% could BWO based photocatalyst.
