摘要: A rapid method is described for the simultaneous measurement of nicotine and cotinine in biological fluids using capillary column gas-liquid chromatography. Using 100 microliters sample volume lower limit detection both was pg mL-1, allowing to be used these compounds smokers non-smokers. The extraction time 3 min per sample, by multi-pipetting vortexing systems 250 samples can extracted day. average coefficient variation over range 1.0 ng mL-1 3.9% 1000 2.2%.
