摘要: As of September 2009, the TRC Signature Project No. 1 is treated as two separate components under Land Use and Transportation Modeling focus area: • The Integrated Environmental Metrics seeks to implement several versions an integrated land use/transportation model for Chittenden County, Vermont. Based on those results, project team hopes evaluate benefits increased complexity disaggregation in modeling use, travel demand, supply (route choice traffic assignment) relative costs. Working collaboratively with local regional planners, also develop alternative policy scenarios that can be evaluated using these different configurations. By evaluating sensitivities baseline configurations levels model, aim gain insight about how appropriateness may vary application. Towards this end will compare integration dynamic UrbanSim use a static assignment (TransCAD) more complex simulation (TRANSIMS) trip generation from TransCAD.
