摘要: Fluorescence Spectroscopy has emerged as a new modality to characterize physicochemical properties of biomolecules. The biomolecules have certain photophysical based on their molecular structure and these been considered useful parameters monitor alterations in the functional, morphological micro environmental changes cells tissues. In this study fluorescence emission spectra normal malignant lung were recorded for different excitation wavelengths: 230, 300, 340, 450 nm, corresponding absorption tyrosine, tryptophan, collagen or elastin, Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) flavin adeno (FAD). Similarly also at 340 nm. profiles showed considerable difference between with having more intensity than that keeping Our had shown discriminating features carcinoma lines because higher concentration tryptophan (1.5 times), NADH (3 (4 times) cell lines.
