摘要: Measurement of pavement rut is critical to highway agencies for both design and rehabilitation. Historically depth the only permanent deformation indicator collected with various measurement technologies. Recently, new draft protocol called American Association State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Standard Practice PP69-10 outlines a set procedures derive multiple measures deformation, including percent water entrapment depth, etc. Multiple parameters can be useful project-level analysis, but may not realistic indices overall evaluation at network level. In this paper three-step procedure applied evaluate deformation. Transverse profile data are on over 200km (125 miles) National Systems (NHS) using 1mm PaveVision3D Ultra collection system. Twelve attributes calculated according requirement PP69-10. Scoring functions these elicited utility theory based methods statistics from sample sets. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) performed development comprehensive Additive weights obtained all pairwise comparisons. A case study conducted compare current practice proposed
