摘要: Solid state fermentation is a promising technology however rising concerns related to scale up and reproducibility in productive process. Coffee husk specialized inoculum were used 4.5L then 50L reactors assess the of cellulase hemicellulase production system. Fermentations consistent terms microbial communities. The higher temperatures achieved when operating at generated shift on communities reduction nearly 50% pilot scale. In spite, an overall enzymatic 3.1±0.5FPUg-1DM 48±4Ug-1DM for FPase Xyl activities was obtained, respectively, with low deviation coefficients 16 19% production. Gaseous emissions assessment revealed emission factor 2.6·10-3kg volatile organic compounds per Mg coffee negligible NH3, CH4 N2O emissions.
