摘要: This paper presents a novel self-excited ZVS half-bridge converter. converter including self-oscillating control circuit is very simply constructed. The achieves excellent efficiency, low voltage stress across the switches and EMI noise by using zero-voltage-switching technique. stores not only magnetic energy in primary winding of transformer but also electrostatic on resonant capacitor during on-periods, so that realizes miniaturization transformer, reduced conduction losses current switch. analyzes behavior static characteristics an extending state-space-averaging method design equations. Based analysis, two prototype converters are designed for 120 W output 350 output. Experimental results given they confirm validity theory. proposed have displayed performances.
