摘要: In humans, CXCR1 and CXCR2 are two homologous proteins that bind ELR+ chemokines. Both receptors play fundamental roles in neutrophil functions such as migration reactive oxygen species production. Mouse Cxcr1 Cxcr2 genes located an insulin-dependent diabetes genetic susceptibility locus. The non obese diabetic (NOD) mouse is a spontaneous well-described animal model for type 1 diabetes. this disease, insulin deficiency results from the destruction of insulin-producing beta cells by autoreactive T lymphocytes. This slow-progressing disease dependent on both environmental factors. Here, we report descriptive data about gene NOD mice. We demonstrate decreased expression mRNA neutrophils CD4+ lymphocytes isolated mice compared to other strains, related reduced promoter activity. Looking protein, next analyze membrane proteome murine mass spectrometry. Although protein clearly found neutrophils, did not find evidence peptides using method. Nevertheless, view recently-published experimental obtained mice, argue possible involvement pathogenesis.
