摘要: In spite of several researches to synthesize carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on fiber (CF), most have obtained entangled versus the aligned form. this study, by controlling catalyst coating technique, vertically CNT were grown CF through chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Activated surface originated from acid treatment, compact coverage precursor via applying ultrasonication in appropriate solvent, followed calcinating effective parameters which resulted growing bundles and CF. Ethanol acetone examined as solvent thereby spot was created former while film produced later distinctive morphology.
