摘要: Abstract A model for the vacuum ultraviolet emission from electron-beam excited xenon dimers is proposed. The distinguishing feature of its use two different three-body formation ratesfor singlet and triplet states molecule which have spontaneous decat times 4 nsec 16 respectively. Excelent agreement with experiment found over a very wide range pressures currents.
