摘要: In Streptomyces lividans, the expression of several proteins is stimulated by thiopeptide antibiotic thiostrepton. Two these, TipAL and TipAS, autoregulate their after covalently binding to thiostrepton; this irreversibly sequesters desensitizes organism its effects. work, additional molecular recognition interactions involved in critical event were explored utilizing various thiostrepton analogues site-directed mutants TipAS protein.
