摘要: Streptomyces linear plasmids start replication at centrally located loci, usually consisting of iterons and adjacent rep genes. Here, we identified four new loci from plasmids. A discontinuous locus, two genes separated by nonessential genes, was required for pRL2 in both circular modes. temperature-sensitive plasmid, pRL4, contained a noncoding sequence SAP1.35-like gene. telomere-adjacent another SAP1.1-like gene, the large plasmid pFRL2.
