摘要: In this paper, a simple and an efficient Content Based Image Retrieval which is based on orthogonal polynomials model presented. This built with set of carefully chosen used to extract the low level texture features present in image under analysis. The coefficients are reordered into multiresolution subband like structure. Simple statistical perceptual properties derived from represent these form feature vector. efficiency proposed vector extraction for retrieval experimented standard Brodatz MIT's VisTex database images Canberra distance measure. method compared other existing schemes such as Discrete Cosine Transformation (DCT) subbands, Gabor wavelet Contourlet Transform found outperform less computational cost.
