摘要: Purpose Numerous metabolomics studies have been conducted to detect the metabolic mechanisms and biomarkers related gastric cancer colorectal cancer. Because of common features between cancer, a differential diagnosis is difficult. Here, we performed systematic review meta-analysis identify these two types cancers. Materials Methods PubMed, Embase, ScienceDirect were searched all published up September 2018. Differential metabolites or altered pathways extracted. The intersections differences for compared.
