Differential Metabolic Alterations and Biomarkers Between Gastric Cancer and Colorectal Cancer: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

摘要: Purpose Numerous metabolomics studies have been conducted to detect the metabolic mechanisms and biomarkers related gastric cancer colorectal cancer. Because of common features between cancer, a differential diagnosis is difficult. Here, we performed systematic review meta-analysis identify these two types cancers. Materials Methods PubMed, Embase, ScienceDirect were searched all published up September 2018. Differential metabolites or altered pathways extracted. The intersections differences for compared. Candidate biomarker sets proposed from biofluid feces by comparing them with tumor tissues. Results Totally, 24 65 included in 223 472 extracted, respectively. Eight reproducibly enriched blood, tissue urine while, 11 urine, cancers proposed. We found 27 (categorized into eight classifications) both cancers, five involving 35 only 54 Conclusion showed signatures abnormal metabolism cancer; potential this study important implications prospective validation
