摘要: To improve accuracy in wire electrical discharge dressing (WEDD), special attention should be given to vibration. In this work, the use of a specially designed guide is proposed, which responsible for both ensuring stability and improving efficiency dielectric delivery zone. For carrying out experiments with metal bonded diamond grinding wheels, WEDD-device was designed, manufactured integrated into machine. High erosion material removal rates were achieved, thus demonstrating feasibility efficient performance situ process.
