摘要: Method and apparatus for arbitrating prioritized cycle streams in a manner that prevents starvation. High priority low arbitration pools are employed multiple input streams. Each stream contains of requests given type associated priority. Under normal circumstances which resource buffer availability destination device is not an issue, higher provided grants over lower streams, with all receiving grants. However, when available stream, high resources redirected to the pool, resulting generation grant counts both When becomes corresponding request arbitrated can be immediately made since already exist.
