摘要: The effects of morning magnetospheric substorms in the variations near-Earth atmospheric electricity according to observations electric field vertical component (Ez), at Hornsund polar observatory (Spitsbergen). Ez, data, obtained under conditions fair weather (i.e., absence a strong wind, precipitation, and fog), are analyzed. An analysis indicated that development substorm Earth’s sector is as rule accompanied by positive deviations independently location: cap or its boundary. In all considered events, was located near center convection vortex. evening sector, when fell region vortex, geomagnetic negative Ez., It has been concluded Ez), latitudes, observed during substorms, result from penetration fields ionospheric (which intensified substorm) surface.
