摘要: Legionella pneumophila , a causative agent of Legionnaires disease and Pontiac fever, is an important microbe to be addressed. Total recovery rates were evaluated in chamber by three sampling methods: AGI-30 impinger, impactor, nuclepore filtration elution. Our results demonstrated that impingers are likely perform better than impaction methods. These might related the stronger stress from dehydration filtration. With regard control techniques, ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) titanium dioxide photocatalyst (PCO) considered promising inactivate .
