摘要: Single ionization by electron impact of the ${\mathrm{Se}}^{3+}$ ion is investigated in Dirac-Fock-Slater approximation. Contributions from direct (DI), excitation-autoionization, and resonant-excitation double-autoionization processes are taken into account. Good agreement with experiment obtained at lower energies incident when DI process considered potential ionizing ion. On other hand, ionized has to be used for higher electron. It shown that ionization-ionization ionization-excitation-ionization can play significant role double ions.
