摘要: In this study, RAPD and pedigree data were used to investigate the genetic relationships in a group of 45 diploid hybrid potato clones breeding genetics program Agriculture Agri-Food Canada Potato Research Centre Fredericton, New Brunswick, for after-cooking darkness at Nova Scotia Agricultural College. These hybrids derived from crossing primitive cultivated South American species such as Solanum phureja or stenotomum wild chacoense other Argentine with haploids tuberosum. have subsequently undergone up 30 years selection, adaptation local growing storage conditions, processing traits pest resistances. The objectives study estimate level similarity (GS) among these sets correlation between RAPD-based GS f, based on information. Genetic coefficients varied 0.29 0.90 mean 0.65 when data, whereas coefficient parentage zero 0.75 0.11. degree relationship matrices was measured by comparing normalized Mantel test. A low positive (R = 0.104, p 0.999) two observed. Cluster analysis using divided into many subgroups that did not correspond well grouping pedigree. variation present set is very high. Rigorous selection pressure aimed different purposes may result differentiation same origin.
