RAPD and pedigree-based genetic diversity estimates in cultivated diploid potato hybrids.

摘要: In this study, RAPD and pedigree data were used to investigate the genetic relationships in a group of 45 diploid hybrid potato clones breeding genetics program Agriculture Agri-Food Canada Potato Research Centre Fredericton, New Brunswick, for after-cooking darkness at Nova Scotia Agricultural College. These hybrids derived from crossing primitive cultivated South American species such as Solanum phureja or stenotomum wild chacoense other Argentine with haploids tuberosum. have subsequently undergone up 30 years selection, adaptation local growing storage conditions, processing traits pest resistances.
