摘要: A series of independent non-transgenic mutations found in the fruit PG gene tomato; tomato plants having these their gene; and a method creating identifying similar and/or additional by screening pooled individual plants. The present invention exhibit reduced enzyme activity that soften more slowly post harvest without inclusion foreign nucleic acids genomes.
