摘要: This study was conducted to determine the chemical composition and metabolizable energy of poultry byproduct meal (PBPM) from two slaughterhouses in Iran. Samples were analyzed for dry matter, crude protein, ash, ether extract gross energy. The amounts calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, copper Zinc determined. apparent (kcal/kg) (AME), m etabolizable corrected nitrogen (AMEn), true (TME) (TMEn) determined based on sibbald’s procedure. For this purpose, twelve 230-day old New Hampshire males used. There no significant difference (P<0.05) between kinds energies samples. standardized digestible amino acid content also highest lowest amount belongs leucine tryptophan. Results showed there is different samples PBPM.
