摘要: Abstract Sacral chordoma (SC) is a malignant bone tumor with high risk of local recurrence (LR) even after en bloc resection, generally in the first 10 years resection. We report two cases late LR, at 17 and 19 years. Two male patients, aged 45 53 years, presented large SC needing combined approach for Surgical margins were safe patient borderline second. The patients had yearly follow-up. developed LR on posterior wall right acetabulum second sciatic notch, 19 years, respectively. These very advocate screening more than 20 years Level evidence IV (case report).
