DC-conductivity on a new type of highly conducting polyacetylene, N-(CH)x

摘要: Abstract We present precision conductivity measurements on a new type of stretch-aligned, iodine doped polyacetylene, yielding room temperature σ about 80 000 ω −1 cm . The dependence was investigated between 3 K and 300 parallel (σ | ) perpendicular (σ⊥) to the stretching axis using both MONTGOMETRY- standard four-probe techniques. For freshly prepared samples, results indicate common limiting mechanism for σ⊥ andare perfectly described by SHENG model within entire range. Deliberate ag ing gives information influence chemical defects mechanism.
