摘要: Abstract In this study, methane partial oxidation (MPO) to synthesis gas over Ni/Ce 1− x Zr O 2 ( =0, 0.25, and 1.0 with varying Ni loading of 5, 10 15 wt.%) was investigated the temperature range 400–800 °C. The experimental results showed that catalysts prepared by impregnation method are more active than those gel because their higher degrees metal dispersion reducibility. Under reaction conditions, MPO Ni/CeO 0.75 0.25 mixed oxide were at temperatures above 550 °C whereas Ni/ZrO took place 650 °C. H /CO molar ratio 2.0±0.05 obtained. Generally, CH 4 conversion slightly increased while CO selectivities remained unchanged increasing loading. found resist coke formation other due high surface oxygen mobility. TPO indicated a major source carbon deposition on these is decomposition. Results also activity selectivity can be regained after regeneration under oxidizing atmosphere.
