摘要: Thromboelastography evaluates the viscoelastic properties of blood coagulation. Using native blood, measurement must start soon after sampling. With normal coagulation, and citrated values correlate well. No data exists from cirrhotic patients. We compared citrate thromboelastography parameters in 30 patients (20 Child-Pugh C class, two liver failure). was performed within 4 min using recalcification 1-2 h storage. variables (r, a, k, ma) were Mann-Whitney test, correlation investigated with Pearson method degree agreement Bland-Altman method. There no significant difference between for all variables. Median were, respectively, r16.4 (range 2.3 - 22.5) 15.1 9.8-29.9); k 6.3 3.5-11.3) 6.2 2.8-10.9); ma 48.3 30.7-62.9) 46.2 30.4-60.4); angle a 30.8 18.7-46.8) 33.2 19.9-55.8). Correlation each variable (P<0.01). good but (both bleeding) Citrated can substitute patients, allowing more time sampling measurement.
