摘要: A new method for analyzing factors that contribute to the rising costs of hospital laboratories was used analyze data from a Canadian teaching period 1971 1981. Results indicated real cost per acute care admission has doubled, primarily because more tests are performed and production in costlier. Increasingly sophisticated technology laboratory increased productivity, thus reduced test; however, intensity testing apparently not been accompanied by length stay.
