摘要: Abstract An outline is given of the model for some high-temperature superconductors which assumes that carriers are holes in (hybridized) oxygen 2p band and form ‘spin polarons’ with moments on copper atoms. A comparison made observations spin polarons Gd3-x v x S4 properties La1-x Sr VO3 relation to those La2-x CuO4. It assumed, following several authors, bipolarons, bosons, a other treatments this hypothesis. proposed many such boson, essentially pair these holes, moves an impurity band, normally all (fermions) bipolarons; fermions repel each same site (positive Hubbard U) but attract when adjacent sites; critical temperature T c then at Bose gas becomes non-degenerate.
