摘要: Bioimpedance analysis (BIA) is a well-known and tested method for body mass muscular health assessment. Multi-frequency BIA (mfBIA) equipment now makes it possible to assess particular muscle as whole, well looking at the fiber level. The aim of this study was test hypothesis that mfBIA can be used anatomical, physiological, metabolic state skeletal muscles. measurements focusing on impedance, resistance, reactance, phase angle, center frequency, membrane capacitance, both extracellular intracellular resistance were carried out. Eight healthy human control subjects three selected cases examined demonstrate extent which may clinically, in relation training sport. electrode setup shown affect parameters recorded. Our recommendation use noble metal electrodes connection with conductance paste accommodate typical frequencies, facilitate accurate impedance measurements. parameters, often conjunction each other, reveal indications contralateral loss, fluid differences, contracted state, cell transport/metabolic activity, relate performance. findings indicate provides noninvasive, easily measurable very precise momentary assessment
