摘要: Since the increasing update of biomolecular scientific literature, biomarkers in stroke have reached an outstanding and remarkable revision very recent years. Besides diagnostic prognostic role some inflammatory markers, many further molecules biological factors been added to list, including tissue derived cytokines, growth factor-like molecules, hormones, microRNAs. The literatures on brain factor other neuroimmune mediators, bone-skeletal muscle biomarkers, cellular immunity microRNAs recovery were reviewed. To date, represent a possible challenge evaluation onset, pathogenesis, recovery. Many are still under investigation may become promising encouraging biomarkers. Experimental clinical research should increase this list promote new discoveries field, improve diagnosis treatment.
