摘要: The present invention provides a negative electrode active material for power storage device, wherein the has low operating potential, can have an increased voltage and excellent cycle characteristics. This device is characterized by containing, mol% in terms of oxide, 1-95% TiO 2 5-75% P O 5 +SiO +B 3 +Al +R'O (R' represents at least one selected from among Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba Zn), also containing 10 mass% or more amorphous phases.
